Last night's full moon meditation
When he was talking about levels/ layers of truth he used his hands to create a small circle, and then bigger subsequent layers. It immediately reminded me of this. Wondering if there is a connection to be drawn between the different levels of truth and the planes?

@Jennifer Joyce .... yes i also thought about this too! I do think it is significant when we use our bodies (hands... movement...etc. ) to mirror our thought forms.
I'm certian @Teresa K could really comment on a deeper level.
