  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Class Cancellation Policy: Less than a month before - refund 50%; Less than 2 weeks - a credit will be issued for 50%; 72 hours or less - no refund or credit Sessions Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows - $60 cancellation fee
  • How do I find my class Zoom link?
    First make sure you're signed into the site with the account that you purchased the class. For desktop: 1. Select the drop down arrow next to your profile photo in the upper right hand corner 2. Select "My Bookings" 3. Under "Upcoming" locate the class you want the Zoom link for 4. Select the drop down arrow 5. Select "Open Meeting Link" For mobile: 1. Select the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the screen (three lines stacked) 2. Select the drop down arrow next to your profile photo 3. Select "My Bookings" 4. Under "Upcoming" locate the class you want the Zoom link for 5. Select the drop down arrow 6. Select "Open Meeting Link"
  • How do I subscribe to a Forum?
    For class forums: First make sure you're signed into the site with the account that you purchased the class. For desktop: 1. Select "Class Forum" on the navigation bar at the top of the site 2. Locate the specific class forum you wish to subsrbe to 3. Select "Follow" to the right of the class title (to unfollow simply select "following" and select "Unfollow Category") For mobile: 1. Select the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the screen (three lines stacked) 2. Select "Class Forum" 3. Locate the specific class forum you wish to subscribe to 4. Select the 3 stacked dots to the right of the class title 5. Select "Follow Category" (to unfollow simply reselect the 3 dots and select "Unfollow Category")
