Teresa Kleffner

Teresa holds a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Teresa used to work with more conventional models of healing, however, now Teresa is more focused on transcendence and spiritual work while still addressing ego issues.

While Teresa still believes that talk therapy is very helpful, she now uses more unconventional approaches to healing such as hypnotherapy, trance work, breathwork, intuitive development, energy management, and subtle energy processes. Because of the more unconventional nature of these methods, Teresa is no longer taking insurance or EAP clients. 

Listed below are some examples of the types of sessions that Teresa offers. Each session is tailored for what healing is being called forward and so often the session is a blend of methods. 

These sessions are usually 90 minutes long because more time and space are needed for healing at the subtle energy level. Some sessions are appropriate for 60 minute sessions and shorter sessions are offered for check ins after doing the deeper work.
