Our soul is essential to living fully. We need all of our soul to navigate through life, the good times and the difficult. During trauma or hard times, part of our soul can get left behind. With this session, Teresa guides you to where your soul part was left behind, helps you to release any stuck emotions, cut energetic cords, and reclaim your soul parts. Signs of soul loss include feeling scattered or empty, arguing and fighting in dreams, little or no self-love, fear of trusting others, chronic depression, fear of intimacy, spaciness, difficulty making decisions, perfectionism, spiritual neglect. This is a short list of indicators of soul loss. With this guided process, you will be empowered to find your soul part, develop new beliefs about yourself, and call home any gifts, traits or skills that were lost with your soul part.

Cancellation Policy

Retreat Cancellation Policy: 6 weeks notice - full refund; 4 weeks notice: 25% refund; 2 weeks notice - 50% refund; 1 weeks notice 25% refund. Less than one week - no refund. Class Cancellation Policy: Less than a month before - refund 50%; Less than 2 weeks - a credit will be issued for 50%; 72 hours or less - no refund or credit Sessions Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows - $60 cancellation fee Please note: Not all classes are guaranteed to be recorded.
