In today's world, it is more important than ever to protect your energy and to know how to clear off the gunk that we absorb through media, interactions, and life in general. When our energy is clear, it is so much easier to hear our intuition. During our time together, you will learn concrete strategies to clear and protect your energy along with ways to develop your intuitive abilities. Each class includes key concepts needed to understand our subtle anatomy and how subtle energy moves. Foundational aspects of intuitive development are provided so that you can develop and strengthen your intuition. Each class includes a guided meditation or journey to practice the concepts so you can immediately put the new tools to use. These processes and meditations are recorded along with the class so you can access them on our private Groups page and continue your practice outside of class. Classes are designed for multiple levels of understanding. So, whether this is your first time hearing these concepts or if you have been working with them already, you will discover a new way to bring energy management and intuitive development into your daily life. During this series, you will learn to: • Keep yourself grounded • Cut unhealthy energetic cords • Develop your intuition • Heal and clear your aura • Cleanse your home of low energy • Protect yourself during dreamtime • Use symbols and signs to expand intuition • Protect yourself from negative energy Once your group is formed, no new members will be added to ensure a safe container to share your experiences. Each participant is encouraged to find their own way, no dogma here. Listening to others' experiences and sharing your own is key in this type of development. Additional levels are available after Level One and you will remain with your cohort throughout the levels.
